Energy Alignments
Energy alignments are guided meditations where we cultivate a specific frequency within our physical, emotional, and mental bodies. During these sessions, we hold, expand, and cherish this energy for as long as we feel inspired in the moment.
After a designated period, we anchor this energy within ourselves, becoming the embodiment of what we’ve created together.
I typically select a theme for each session, such as “Abundance,” “Love,” “Joy,” or any other energy that we wish to cultivate at that time.

Energy Contributions
Energy contribution is a group practice where we come together, and I guide a meditation to achieve the specific energy requested by one of us. Once we reach it, we hold and expand that energy, allowing it to grow. Then, each participant contributes their share to the person who asked for it, creating a powerful, shared experience of collective energy.
The types of energy that work best in these practices typically depend on the intention of the group and the needs of the individual requesting it. However, common energy types that tend to resonate well include:
1. HEALING Energy – Ideal for physical, emotional, or spiritual healing, helping to promote recovery and balance.
2. GROUNDING Energy – Great for stability and calming the mind, helping someone feel centered and connected to the present moment.
3. LOVING/Heart-Centered Energy – Used for nurturing self-love, compassion, and emotional warmth, often for personal growth or resolving emotional wounds.
4. CREATIVE Energy – Focused on sparking inspiration and flow, perfect for someone seeking new ideas or motivation for projects.
5. PROTECTIVE Energy – Helps create a shield or boundary, useful for someone seeking strength and protection from negative influences.
6. MANIFESTATION Energy – Enhances focus on attracting goals or desires, helping to align with the energy needed for success and abundance.
These energies often work best when they align with the group’s intention and are expanded with collective focus.
